Early Black Friday Apple Deals Go Live: MacBook Air $250 Off, Apple Watch Ultra 3 $250 Off

Apple kicked off early Black Friday deals this week, cutting $250 off select M5 MacBook Air and Apple Watch Ultra 3 models at Amazon and Best Buy. The discounts match or set all-time low prices, according to tech deal trackers MacRumors.

Amazon is offering the Ultra 3 Milanese Loop models at $649.00, also $250 off. The Ultra 4 has dropped to $699.99 on Amazon, down from $799.00, matching its all-time low price, the deal tracker reported. Esquire Associate Commerce Editor Bryn Gelbart described the Ultra 3 as the “best Apple Watch ever,” citing its 49mm display, satellite messaging, titanium case and 42-hour battery life.

The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is available for $549.00 at Best Buy, down from $799.00, a $250 discount that marks a new all-time low price, according to MacRumors.

On MacBook Air models, Amazon is taking $199 off nearly every M5 configuration, with the 13-inch 16GB/512GB model starting at $1,099.99, according to MacRumors. The 13-inch M5 MacBook Air with 16GB/1TB storage is listed at $1,349.00, down from $1,599.00. The 15-inch M5 MacBook Air with 16GB/512GB is $1,299.00, down from $1,499.00, and the 15-inch 16GB/1TB model is $1,549.00, a $250 markdown and an all-time low price, records show. 9to5Mac called the M5 MacBook Air discounts “easily one of the best MacBook deals in close to 5 months.”

Other Apple products also saw price cuts. AirTag 2 single packs are $23.00 on Amazon, down from $29.00, an all-time low, according to MacRumors. Mac mini M6 models have markdowns of $119 to $150, with prices starting at $779.00. The M5 Max Mac Studio with 36GB RAM and 512GB SSD is $2,299.00, down from $2,499.00. AirPods Pro 3 is listed at $199.00, down from $249.00, and AirPods Max 2 is $449.00, down from $549.00, according to MacRumors. 9to5Mac confirmed the AirPods Max 2 discount but described the AirPods Pro 3 reduction inconsistently, stating a “$50 price drop on AirPods Pro 3 and AirPods Max 2 in all colorways at $100 off.”

Carrier and retailer promotions for iPhones are also active. T-Mobile is offering up to $1,200 off iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo models with any-condition trade-in on eligible unlimited plans, paid as bill credits over 36 months, according to MacRumors. AT&T offers up to $1,200 off with an eligible trade-in valued at $230 or more, plus activation or upgrade, paid over 36 months. Best Buy is matching that discount with qualified activation through AT&T or Verizon and a trade-in. AT&T will also pay up to $800 per line to switch from another carrier and pay off the current device balance, the report said.

Accessory deals include iPhone 18 Pro cases from Apple — Clear, Silicone and TechWoven — at up to 40% off on Amazon with no coupon codes required, according to MacRumors. The 2026 Apple Polishing Cloth is back in stock at $9 with Prime shipping, 9to5Mac reported. Apple TV 4K (4th Generation) pre-order deals returned on Amazon ahead of its release next week. B&H is offering free $150 gift cards with pre-orders of the touchscreen M5 Pro MacBook Pro PROLED XDR, according to 9to5Mac.

Black Friday 2026 falls on Friday, Nov. 27. MacRumors noted these are early Black Friday deals and that better discounts could emerge later in the month. Esquire expects record-low deals in the coming weeks and warned that watch inventory may sell out quickly. The publication also noted the Apple Watch SE 3 dropped to a record-low $199 during October Prime Day and said it hoped for a similar price cut for Black Friday.
