The new Huawei P50 series will be officially presented next week, more precisely on Thursday, August 29th. Given the company’s situation, we expected the new smartphone to have limited availability in China and possibly some other Asian countries, but according to a Huawei representative in Finland, the P50 will be available worldwide.
Unfortunately, the Huawei P50 series won’t include Google services due to the US ban, but the company continues to develop a proprietary ecosystem that already offers 134,000 apps. Other rumors suggest that this could be the last Huawei device to feature a Kirin drive, as the company may need to switch to a 4G-only variant of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor as the Kirin 9000 chip range may be somewhat limited is.
