Boox launches new tiny e-reader that could shake up the market

BOOX launched its new Go 6 (Gen II) e-reader on June 11, 2026, featuring a 6-inch HD ePaper display and Android 11 operating system, the company said in a press release. The Go 6 (Gen II) is positioned as an evolution of BOOX’s original 6-inch e-reader, designed to serve as both a reading and note-taking device, the company said in its June 11, 2026, press release. The device is compatible with the InkSense Plus stylus, which is sold separately, and includes a native notes app that allows users to create markups, underline text, write handwritten notes, and manage to-do lists.
