The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a scooter theft from outside an apartment on the 2100 block of Linnus Drive in High Ridge. The scooter was valued at about $ 2,000, said spokesman Grant Bissell.
The theft occurred between December 6th at 10:30 pm and December 7th at 5:30 am. The report doesn’t reveal whether the black Honda PCX 150 scooter was secured or whether the owner still had the key, Bissell said.
As of December 16, the scooter had not been recovered and no suspects were identified, Bissell said. He asked anyone with information about the incident to call the sheriff’s office at 636-797-5515.
