The Original Headache Hat™ is wearable, cooling therapy for Migraines Headaches. The patented, lightweight, and flexible wrap design makes this ice wrap the best choice to help relieve all kinds of headaches. Real ice cubes coated in a thin plastic layer means long-lasting without the water melting on you. 24 ice cubes (8 in each of the 3 rows) are individually placed in a flexible cotton polyester blend and can be moved and wrapped around the head right out of the freezer (or refrigerate for cool relief). Wear while working around the house or laying down. The wrap design looks like a hat when worn but actually allows for ultimate versatility compared to an actual hat.

How to Use

1. 
   Once you receive your new Headache Hat, take the instructions out of the package, and store just the wrap in the bag provided in the coldest part of the freezer
2. Keep your Headache Hat in the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours before use, but all day or night in the freezer is best before use – having 2 on hand is great!
