Third Light Show Debuts with 400 Drones, Highlighting Innovation in Aerial Entertainment
Cyberdrone, a Dubai-based company specializing in drone light shows, presented its third light drone show at the Plan ₿ Forum in Lugano. The event, a prominent Bitcoin forum, featured a display of 400 synchronized drones that lit up the night sky above Lugano Lake. The show’s setting created a unique mirror effect on the water’s surface, enhancing the overall visual experience. The animation sequence showcased a series of crypto-themed designs, adding dimensional illustrations with light.
A Memorable Display Over Lugano Lake
The 15-minute show demonstrated Cyberdrone’s growing expertise in integrating drone technology into live events. A fleet of 400 drones moved 500 meters from the launch site to create a synchronized display above the audience, transforming the sky into a dynamic visual canvas. The audience responded positively, finding the innovative performance both effective and engaging.
Cyberdrone has built on the success of its previous two shows by refining its technique and capabilities. Mohamed Munjed Abdulla, Director of Sales at Cyberdrone, expressed his enthusiasm for the event: “With each show, we refine our technique and expand our capabilities. This third performance at Plan ₿ Forum represents another step forward in our mission to create memorable aerial experiences that engage audiences in new ways.”
Advanced Technology Ensures Performance Precision
The technical setup behind the show was impressive. Cyberdrone utilized a GPS-based positioning system that maintained precise drone formations during the performance. Each drone featured bright LED lights, producing vibrant colors that remained visible even at great distances. The system’s automatic return-to-home function ensured stability, even in fluctuating weather conditions, providing reliability and safety throughout the show.
In past performances, Cyberdrone has used QR codes as part of their aerial displays, which have proven successful among clients. This innovative approach to combining technology with entertainment continues to expand Cyberdrone’s influence in the market.
Celebrating a Milestone in Cryptocurrency
Cyberdrone’s display also marked the 16th anniversary of the Bitcoin Whitepaper, adding a layer of significance to the show. The company aimed to connect technology with emotions, creating an unforgettable experience for attendees. By tying the event to a landmark in the cryptocurrency world, Cyberdrone left a lasting impression on the audience, inspiring awe and appreciation for both the technological and artistic aspects of the display.
