Scooter’s Espresso Earns Recognition and Achieves Franchise Milestone | Native

Scooter’s Coffee, the Nebraska-based drive-thru coffee franchise, was listed on the Times Franchise’s “Fast and Serious” list.

Scooter’s Coffee was ranked 29th in the newly published ranking in several factors due to its rapid and sustainable growth. Much of that growth was driven by Scooter’s Coffee’s current franchisees.

Scooter’s Coffee’s business model for a 550-square-foot drive-through kiosk turned out to be a key success factor for the pandemic and, on top of that demand, added evidence of sustainability. By the time the restaurant industry completely shifted to delivery, take-out and transit due to COVID-19, Scooter’s Coffee franchisees had already set up the processes to stay open and successful.

The list was created by the Franchise Times to “identify rapidly growing franchise systems that are also persistent as an antidote to several other rankings that contain too many year-old wonders.” The ranking is based on many factors, including percent sales and unit growth, dollar sales growth, and numerical unit growth over the past three years.
