While Samsung and HUAWEI have been in the segment for a few years, Google could try their hand at the foldable market. In addition, Chinese OEMs such as OPPO, Vivo and Xiaomi are expected to introduce their folding phones in 2021. In addition, Xiaomi presented its own view of the foldable segment back in January. According to a tweet, the Chinese company could launch up to three foldable smartphones by 2021.

The latest development comes from analyst Ross Young, who claimed so on Twitter Xiaomi is working on bringing three foldable phones next year. He continues that the company will have three types of equipment. One is expected to be revealed Expansion Phone, a Collapse Device as well as a Conch shell. However, we don’t know what type of display technology the devices will use.

The next leaflet to hit the market will likely come from Xiaomi, which is expected to have three leaflets on the market in 2021. You will actually have all three types. The first will be unfolded, the second will be folded in, and the third will be clamshell.

Ross Young

Young said that before Samsung will have at least three foldable phones aswelling. He claims that There won’t be a Z Fold Litewhich is surprising as several rumors have pointed to the presence of the device. Instead, like Ross, Samsung could announce a new Z Flip Lite in late 2021. The South Korean company is likely already working on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, which are expected to be announced in the third quarter of 2021.
