The Soundlink Flex is Bose’s reply to an reasonably priced moveable Bluetooth speaker

Flex appeal

Sometimes you don’t know where your next adventure will take you. Will you go white water rafting on the Rattlesnake River? Or maybe you are working behind the scenes on the next Star Wars movie? Rest assured that there is likely to be room in your backpack for the Bose Flex portable bluetooth speaker.

The Flex’s custom transducer maximizes clarity and separation while delivering driving bass. Bose’s proprietary Digital Signal Processing (DSP) technology reduces audio distortion and leaves the listener with natural, rich sound. Not that if you capsized you would think of it.

This is the first Bose Bluetooth speaker to also incorporate Bose PositionlQ technology so it can adapt to its position and surroundings for the best possible audio experience.

The model has a fabric loop – useful for hanging bags and handlebars, and its IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating combined with a battery life of up to 12 hours make it a sturdy, portable workhorse. The integrated USB-C port provides a full charge in 4 hours.

At 590 g (slightly heavier than the SoundLink Color Bluetooth Speaker II), the pill-shaped design of the link measures 9 x 20 x 5 cm.

This speaker also works well in a team as it can connect to other Bose speakers using the Bose Connect app. Available in black, white and blue, the SoundLink Flex will be available on December 16, 2021 for £ 149.95 and can be pre-ordered today on Bose.co.uk.
