The OnePlus eight collection receives the OxygenOS Open Beta 5 replace with quite a lot of fixes

OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro get a new open beta update. The OxygenOS Open Beta 5 will be rolled out on the two smartphones that were launched earlier this year. It is delivered wirelessly to users who are already using Open Beta builds. It fixes a number of known bugs and issues. Also, it comes with various improvements for various functions as well as the latest Android security patch.

The latest development comes from the official OnePlus forum where the company announced it was rolling out the OxygenOS Open Beta 5 update for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro users. It will be rolled out to users who are already in open beta. However, stable operating system users can also opt for the Open Beta program. In addition to the downloadable software package, you can find instructions on the OnePlus forum.

The OxygenOS update for the OnePlus 8 series offers an optimized start speed of some apps for a faster start. It fixes the low probability issue that messages may be delayed and the problem that the volume control has a low probability of failure. There is also a solution to the low chance the speaker will not work problem. The smartphones will also receive an Android security patch in December 2020.

Another important addition is the Game Space. A rewind recording is added that allows you to record the exciting moments of the game over the past 30 seconds with just a tap (swipe down from the top left or right corner to quickly open it in the game tools).
