Hyderabad (Telangana) [India]March 23 (ANI): Kalvakuntla Kavitha, member of the Legislative Council (MLC) and former MP from Nizamabad, gave a particularly capable man a scooter on Monday.
On March 18, a Twitterati brought the case of Srinivas, a Kurmapally Karimnagar resident who had damaged his vertebrae in an unfortunate road accident and is now in a wheelchair, to Kavitha and asked her for a scooter specially designed for Srinivas.
After Kavitha quickly responded to the tweet on Monday, he gave the scooter to Srinivas and his family.
Srinivas lives with his wife and daughter and has difficulty contributing to the house due to his physical limitations.
In a similar case, Kavitha Uma Mahesh from the Sultanabad Mandal Katnhinepally Village and Naresh from the Markel Village Mahabubnagar District extended a helping hand. In response to all calls for help, the MLC appears determined to enable people who will not allow circumstances to stall their ambitions. Kavitha praised these people for their conviction and thanked them for considering them worthy enough to help them in any way.
Kavitha, who celebrated her birthday a few days ago, surprised many with reserved celebrations. She urged her supporters and sympathizers not to spend on advertising and celebrations and instead devote themselves to supporting the education of school girls and the needy, with a special focus on the disabled.
This resulted in a unique birthday party for their sympathizers and supporters who gave 30 bicycles to school girls and 6 tricycles to the disabled. (ANI)
