Prior to Skydio, Anna spent five years as the Chief of Staff of Cisco’s Security Business Group, a multi-billion dollar business where she was responsible for driving a high performing executive team, transformation initiatives, acquisition / integration and communications. One of Anna’s top initiatives was to drive radical clarity and alignment across the 5,000 security employees as they transformed their business. Anna is known for hand-crafting approaches to help guide teams of all sizes to achieve radical clarity. She takes a creative and thoughtful approach based on the uniqueness of each team she engages.
