Look what we have here! Just a day after rumors surfaced OnePlus may have a fitness band in the pipelineAnother major leak has surfaced online. And this one claims to give us our first look at that OnePlus band. The always reliable tipster Mukul Sharma (also known as @stufflistings) has shared renders of the upcoming fitness band from OnePlus and looks very appealing.
I like this cute two-tone finish
The leaked renders show us the upcoming OnePlus, wearable in three color options, all of which appear to have a two-tone finish. The first one has a black band with a light gray underside, and the other side has a light gray embellishment with a nice orange finish on the inside. But the best thing in my opinion is the dark blue ribbon with a contrasting lighter shade on the inside.

The black bezels that surround the display and the entire assembly ensure a uniform design for the three color options. There’s also quite a large OnePlus branding on the lower bezel that looks pretty garish. In terms of features, the OnePlus offering is said to have an OLED display, while features include water resistance and multi-day battery life.
A possible debut on January 11th?
According to a recent report OnePlus will launch its fitness band first in India and reportedly sell it for around $ 40. And if all things fit together, it could debut in February or even January. However, if you take a close look at the leaked renders, the display says January 11th, which is actually what is rumored on the internet.
Where have I seen the OnePlus Band?
Oppo Band (left) versus the upcoming fitness band from OnePlus (right)
Given the recent history of OnePlus phones that were generously inspired by Oppo smartphones, I was a bit skeptical of the design. I delved a little into Oppos’s product portfolio and guess what? The OnePlus Band looks identical to the Oppo Band, which was formed in June of this year. Aside from the branding and color scheme, the overall design and form factor have an uncanny resemblance. I see what you did there, OnePlus!
