Moto G60 is a mid-ranger with flagship specs

Motorola has launched two new Moto G series devices. The Moto G40 Fusion and Moto G60 bring some flagship features to the mid-range segment. For example, the Moto G60 has a 120 Hz refresh rate display and a 108 megapixel camera, as well as a large battery. It goes against the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max with similar specifications in India. The duo are pretty similar in terms of specs, the only difference being that they are the primary camera and storage configurations.

Both smartphones have a massive 6.8-inch IPS LCD display that supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display has a centered hole cutout for the selfie camera. They are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732 SoC in combination with the Adreno 618 GPU. The Moto G60 is available in a memory configuration of 6GB RAM + 128GB, while the Moto G40 Fusion is available in configurations of 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB. Both support a microSD card slot. In addition, the devices have a large 6,000 mAh battery that comes with a 20 W fast charger.

On the optics front, the Moto G60 has a 108MP Ultra Pixel primary camera with an aperture of f / 1.9, while the Moto G40 Fusion is equipped with a 64MP quad pixel primary shooter with an aperture of f / 1.79. Both devices have an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, which also functions as a macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, you get a 32-megapixel selfie shooter with the Moto G60 and a 16-megapixel front camera with the Moto G40 Fusion. They come with a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port. In addition, these smartphones run Android 11.

The Moto G60 will go on sale April 27th on Flipkart for INR 17,999 (~ $ 241) for the only 6GB + 128GB memory model. On the flip side, the Moto G40 Fusion price in India starts at INR 13,999 (USD 187) for the 4GB + 64GB variant and INR 15,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. It will go on sale on May 1st through Flipkart.
