Apple’s new AirTags could possibly be nearing launch

It seems that Apple is finally ready to launch its long-awaited AirTags, as accessory makers seem to have stepped up their game. These companies are more than ready to receive Apple’s new tracking devices as they have designed key chains, cases, and more to keep them safe and close to your personal belongings.

We have received tons of rumors about the new Apple AirTags, but unfortunately no official launch date. In the past we’ve seen patents uncovering possible uses for these trackers, but it seems Apple may have to settle for less, or at least initially. Evan Blass has already revealed some of Nomad’s AirTags accessories, including a leather and microfiber keychain that would hold the tracker. A glasses strap that comes with a rubber tensioner to hold the tracker in place and a high quality braided black cord. However, the latest leak is from iMatteo, who released one of Spigen’s keychain options for the upcoming AirTags.

Nice for #Spigen, who spoiled the #AirTag on #Amazon beautifully.

Earlier this month we also received a message from Ming-Chi Kuo that we could expect the AirTags to roll out sometime in 2021, as they would be part of a new line of Apple devices that are supposedly a new AR device contain. Ming-Chi Kuo also believes we’ll also get a 16-inch MacBook Pro upgrade with an M1 drive, a new 14-inch MacBook Pro, and a new iPad Pro with a mini LED display.

Now 2021 has just started and there is still a long way to go. However, we hope to see the new AirTags soon as Apple is already preparing some of its apps to support these new devices. A clear example would be the recent discovery of a hidden Items tab in the My Search app that is designed to manage the upcoming item trackers.
