Apple is leaking their subsequent chip, subsequent Galaxy S design leaked, and extra! (Video)

The official news starts today with offers and yes, Father’s Day is approaching, so my Amazon wish list is fully valid for everyone. Let’s start with Samsung, believe it or not, the company is still running its trade-in deals that leave the Galaxy S21 for $ 100, the S21 + for $ 300, and the S21 Ultra for $ 500. If you’re a fan of the Note, you can get the Note 20 Ultra for $ 850. To deal with Sammy, they also have the Galaxy Z Fold 2 for $ 1200, but yes, you need a suitable device to trade in for all of these deals. If you switch to Amazon, the latest iPad Air is still $ 50 cheaper, leaving the Cellular Base model for $ 680. If you’re into clamshell foldables, the Moto RAZR is $ 200 cheaper, which means it starts at $ 1200. After all, the M1 MacBook Pro is still $ 100 cheaper than the base model, so it stays at 1200. That means if you go for the half terabyte storage model, that model is $ 150 cheaper and stays at 1349. And yes, if you want to save both time and money, we have a special and exclusive promotion for NordPass Premium where Get 70% off one of the best password managers out there.

Let’s keep talking about official news, but let’s put Sony in the spotlight as we finally have a successor to their Mark 3 earbuds, and yes, I’m not even going to try and give their name out. These new Mark 4 have a smaller design that allows for a better fit and also offers improved audio quality. They have the V1 chip from Sony, which offers better active suppression of high frequencies and even provides a 40% increase in performance compared to the previous variant. Sony claims these will offer the world’s first hi-res audio using an LDAC codec for true wireless earbuds. They also offer larger drivers with support for 360 Reality Audio for an even more immersive experience. To address a pain point from the past, these bring an IPX4 rating. Apparently, you can expect 8 hours of music playback with ANC and up to 12 hours if you turn it off. The battery compartment gives you up to 24 hours with ANC, or 36 hours when disabled, and they give you an hour of playback on a 5-minute charge. These are available in black and silver options and sell for either $ 280 in the US or € 280 in Europe. Nice move Sony, now all you need is a nice name for her.

Let’s put the spotlight on OnePlus as we expect a new phone from the company tomorrow. And I mean, the company has been pissing off this new north for the past few weeks. The fun part is that we now have a ton of new official looking renders and even the promo video from none other than Evan Blass. According to the renderings, we can expect the silver, black and blue color variants with a triple camera on the back and a 6.43-inch display with a punch hole that is operated at 90 Hz. Well, from the promo video we get a lot of details like the fact that it supports 5G, it has 30W warp charging, a triple camera array with a 64MP main sensor, it got down to 7.9mm downsized and also confirms that it is Powered by the Snapdragon 750G along with a 4500 mAh battery. And yes folks .. The headphone jack is really back. OnePlus claims at the end of the ad that this phone is “a little bit more than you’d expect,” so let’s see what we get tomorrow. Let’s just hope we can get it in more markets as I think such a midsize car could really help OnePlus get some steam back on.

Speaking of phones we might get soon and leaks from Evan Blass, let’s put the spotlight on Samsung and the Galaxy S21 FE. According to most reports, we could get the successor to the S20 FE in August and now we have some new renders from Evan Blass showing the phone’s color variations and design from every possible angle. As it stands, it looks like a Galaxy S21 in every way. I mean, it might just be the color options that change because you get the same flat display with the same hole in the front and the same triple camera array with the minimal hump in the back. Seriously, it seems that the changes are just new colors, similar to what Apple has with medium-term iPhones. Here we see green, white, blue, purple, and gray variants, which of course get some fancy names once they are released. Unfortunately there is no red version this year. If we move away from this leak, other reports claim that we can expect this device to run with the Snapdragon 888 along with 6 Gig of RAM, unfortunately no headphone jack here. Again, we’re approaching August so the promo videos for this one should be showing up soon .. Right?

But finally, for the hottest news today, let’s move on to Cupertino and the hardware we didn’t get at WWDC. We know some of you are crazy about it, with the whole story being that we got new MacBook Pros in both 14- and 16-inch variants. Instead, we only got a couple of very small software updates, but it’s light at the end of the tunnel. Yesterday I mentioned that some sources were claiming we can expect these still in 2021, but shipments are slated to start sometime in the third quarter. Well, here’s the thing: an Apple-focused YouTuber named Max just restored the tags Apple used for the WWDC event, it’s m1x MacBook Pro and m1x. And sure, Apple could have just used it because new people were looking for a new MacBook, but it’s not like we’re sure the final name for the chip is M1X, and if you notice they are M2 haven’t added, or even that new Mac mini that was rumored for a second too. All right, M1X as the name for the chip, and when we’re on the subject of Macs, things get even stranger. We previously reported on Pocketnow.com that a lot of macOS Monterrey features aren’t reaching Intel Macs, and yet in the Xcode 13 beta it looks like Apple is working on a Mac Pro update with an Intel chip . The quote from Mark Gurman tweeted this, saying that Apple was working on an update for the Intel Mac Pro, but he hadn’t provided any further information. So yeah, with the rumors now suggesting these MacBook Pros are coming out now in the third quarter with the M1X and a new Intel Beast. And not a word about that Mac Mini leaked by Prosser
